The new 2010 Seat Ibiza FR TDI’s turbocharged diesel engine is good for a muscular 143 PS – enough to carry it from 0 - 62 mph in just 8.2 seconds (8.3 seconds 5dr) and thence onward to a top speed of 130 mph where legal (129 mph 5dr).
